Spectators: 5100 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 100) Gartzen Laredo made the kick off and thus started the match. Santa Ana's Adelio Castelao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desiderio Beloki in the 3rd minute of play. Adelio Castelao came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by RS Fuenlabrada's Desiderio Beloki. But to his dismay, Desiderio Beloki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Adelio Castelao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Constancio in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bitxintxo Benítez in the 26th minute of play forced Santa Ana's goalkeeper Adelio Castelao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adelio Castelao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bitxintxo Benítez in the 28th minute of the match. Adelio Castelao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bitxintxo Benítez in the 30th minute of play. Domingo Mayor kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Desiderio Beloki made a precise shot to the right of Adelio Castelao. Santa Ana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. 36 minutes into the match, Bitxintxo Benítez notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Santa Ana's Adelio Castelao. Adelio Castelao was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Peru Teresa hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. When Miguel Constancio fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RS Fuenlabrada's protests and gave Miguel Constancio a yellow card for diving instead. Miguel Constancio hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

A throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game was made by Joachim Sundström with Bitxintxo Benítez as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After 53 played minutes Santa Ana got a freekick which was hit by Nastasio Patiño. Adelio Castelao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bitxintxo Benítez in the 55th minute of the match. In the 59th match minute, Santa Ana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tristan Valverde to maneuver through the defense. Adelio Castelao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Desiderio Beloki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santa Ana's Nastasio Patiño got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65th minute, Amador Benito left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The RS Fuenlabrada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. If Desiderio Beloki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Miguel Constancio managed to get in a good position for a shot. RS Fuenlabrada's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel Constancio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adelio Castelao breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bitxintxo Benítez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adelio Castelao came out and tried to block the shot, but Bitxintxo Benítez slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 74th minute. In the 77th minute Nastasio Patiño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dantel Leyva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
