Desiderio Beloki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frisco Morales having to interfere. Dantel Leyva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beturian Sevilla in the 24th minute of play. If Miguel Constancio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dantel Leyva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beturian Sevilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Frisco Morales took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bitxintxo Benítez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute, RS Fuenlabrada's Jairo Cheche seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jairo Cheche the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of RS Fuenlabrada protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jairo Cheche had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in RS Fuenlabrada fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 30th minute. Penalty! RS Fuenlabrada:s Dantel Leyva showed great skill when he stopped Germán Sabina:s penalty. 33 minutes into the game, Germán Sabina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dantel Leyva was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Frisco Morales came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by RS Fuenlabrada's Matias Coira. But to his dismay, Matias Coira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Beturian Sevilla was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Santa Coloma De Gramenet's zone, Bitxintxo Benítez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frisco Morales came out of the goal and Bitxintxo Benítez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Frisco Morales stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matias Coira's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. After a rather tough play, Santa Coloma De Gramenet's Jonathan Echavarri got a free kick in the 64th minute. Amador Benito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Santa Coloma De Gramenet getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Bernal Acha hit a great ball. 79 minutes into the match, RS Fuenlabrada's Miguel Constancio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Frisco Morales narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Matias Coira took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frisco Morales. Frisco Morales dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 84 minutes into the match, Santa Coloma De Gramenet's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Coira came free, but Frisco Morales reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Santa Coloma De Gramenet's Beturian Sevilla got a free kick in the 85th minute. Bitxintxo Benítez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Coira in the 90th minute of play forced Santa Coloma De Gramenet's goalkeeper Frisco Morales to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes into the game, Bitxintxo Benítez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Frisco Morales was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, RS Fuenlabrada's Peru Teresa got a free kick in the 94th minute.
