Seating: 1768, VIP seats: 153) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Luis-Jose Lillo made the kick off which started today's match. If Herauso Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 7 minutes into the match, Aguiluchos's goalkeeper Silvano Alonso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luis-Jose Lillo. A collision led to Aguiluchos getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Luis Raya hit a great ball. Aguiluchos's Silvano Alonso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Aguiluchos from getting a goal against them. Louis Vives received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Silvano Alonso came out and tried to block the shot, but Louis Vives slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 14th minute. Aguiluchos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Luis-Jose Lillo scored to the left of an out of position Silvano Alonso, making the score, 2-0. Aguiluchos's Silvano Alonso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Aguiluchos from getting a goal against them. Luis-Jose Lillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silvano Alonso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luis-Jose Lillo ran back to his position shaking his head. Luis-Jose Lillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvano Alonso having to interfere. When Mel Macho came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Mendeica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mel Macho couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luis-Jose Lillo got free with Silvano Alonso in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Silvano Alonso was out of position in the 39 minute of play, and Louis Vives capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Louis Vives really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Aguiluchos's Silvano Alonso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Aguiluchos from getting a goal against them. In the 45th minute, Luis-Jose Lillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mendeica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Herauso Ramos to strike the kick off in the second half. Nayely Bravo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Raúl Hevia showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-1 in the 53 minute of play. Louis Vives kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. When Mel Macho fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mendeica's protests and gave Mel Macho a yellow card for diving instead. After 61 played minutes Mendeica got a freekick which was hit by Mel Macho. Herauso Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nayely Bravo having to interfere. After 66 played minutes Mendeica got a freekick which was hit by Platon Marin. Aguiluchos's Raúl Hevia got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mel Macho kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. If Luis-Jose Lillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 76 minutes, Raúl Hevia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aguiluchos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raúl Hevia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luis Raya blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nayely Bravo having to make a save. In the 80th minute, Mel Macho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mendeica's Nayely Bravo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herauso Ramos in the 84th minute of play. Mel Macho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvano Alonso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. After 88 minutes Aguiluchos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luis-Jose Lillo who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Roger Navas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Silvano Alonso quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Silvano Alonso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis-Jose Lillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. In the 96th minute Mendeica were awarded a corner. Luis-Jose Lillo went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 97th minute Luis-Jose Lillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Alonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mendeica's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
