Real Veis Balompíe's Augusto Resto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Real Veis Balompíe from getting a goal against them. 6 minutes into the game, Abelardo Abad was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Veis Balompíe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.D.Leon the free kick. Abelardo Abad kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 8th minute, Llanos Flores hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eusebio Jurado kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Lucas Arenas charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Llanos Flores was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 13 minutes into the match. C.D.Leon:s Joan Pastor showed great skill when he stopped Lucas Arenas:s penalty. 14 minutes into the match, Lucas Arenas notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of C.D.Leon's Joan Pastor. Joan Pastor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 21 minutes into the game, Xove Gonzalez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.D.Leon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Veis Balompíe the free kick. The supporters of Real Veis Balompíe booed when C.D.Leon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xove Gonzalez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Lucas Arenas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Veis Balompíe's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucas Arenas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joan Pastor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 25 minutes into the game, C.D.Leon's Mariano Caminero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Augusto Resto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. If Yago Pastor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 32 minutes into the match, Pericles Martinez notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Real Veis Balompíe's Augusto Resto. Augusto Resto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Augusto Resto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yago Pastor, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After 37 minutes, Gonzo Santander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.D.Leon and the Real Veis Balompíe players grew even worse after the yellow card. Abelardo Abad hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 43rd minute by Yago Pastor got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Mariano Caminero received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Augusto Resto came out and tried to block the shot, but Mariano Caminero slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 45th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Real Veis Balompíe's Chayo Treviño suffered a concussion in the 52nd minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. When Xove Gonzalez was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 52 minutes had been played. Real Veis Balompíe's Tavio Rey was substituted for Chayo Treviño. After a rather tough play, C.D.Leon's Xove Gonzalez got a free kick in the 54th minute. 59 minutes in the game, Sarracino Contratas fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Joan Pastor having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Yago Pastor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucas Arenas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sarracino Contratas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Joan Pastor firmly grabbed it by the left post. Sarracino Contratas came free with the goalkeeper in the 71st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Joan Pastor could save by the left post. In the 75th minute, Yago Pastor made a precise shot to the right of Augusto Resto. Real Veis Balompíe's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. In the 80th minute, Constantino Zubizarreta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yago Pastor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Real Veis Balompíe's Abelardo Abad got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Augusto Resto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pericles Martinez in the 88th minute of play. Pericles Martinez hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match.
