Ciro Leal came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Masegoso's Nahia Arratia. But to his dismay, Nahia Arratia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Roque Griego kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After 45 played minutes Guadajira CD got a freekick which was hit by Fix Pais. 47 minutes into the match, Guadajira CD's goal looked a bit too open when Arbidel Ecija came free, but Ciro Leal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

In the 55th minute Solustiano Castaño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Goren Cano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Nikola Sirvent managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guadajira CD's supporters rose to their feet, but Nikola Sirvent was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. After 63 minutes, Enrique Doblas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Masegoso and the Guadajira CD players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 87 played minutes Guadajira CD got a freekick which was hit by Fix Pais. 89 minutes into the match, Fix Pais notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Masegoso's Goren Cano. Goren Cano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fix Pais in the 93rd minute of play forced Masegoso's goalkeeper Goren Cano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Guadajira CD's Fix Pais in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Masegoso's goalie prevented a goal. Guadajira CD's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
