An unexpected shot in the 45th minute by Arbidel Ecija got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arbidel Ecija to make the kick off. When Alberto Quintas came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Real Ibias fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Quintas couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Real Ibias's Ciriaco Pacheco got a free kick in the 54th minute. 55 minutes into the match, Dino Soto notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Real Ibias's Isaias Alavedra. In the 78th minute, Arbidel Ecija made a precise shot to the right of Isaias Alavedra. Real Ibias's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Real Ibias's Osoro Roig got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Real Ibias getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Blasi Torrente hit a great ball. The supporters of Masegoso booed when Real Ibias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osoro Roig didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arbidel Ecija received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Isaias Alavedra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Masegoso's Goren Cano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciriaco Pacheco in the 91st minute of play. Enrique Doblas charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
