In the 8th match minute, Esla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xabier Carceles to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Visma Sea defense, Gaitan Medinilla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iban Escobar. The Visma Sea fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iban Escobar should have stopped the shot. Gaitan Medinilla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Esla FC's Belisario Coello got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A sloppy throw-in by Beturian Solano in the 18th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Esla FC's Manuel Pardo. Esla FC's attentive Manuel Pardo managed to snatch the ball when Beturian Solano made a throw-in in the 19th minute of the game. In the 21st match minute, Esla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteve Galnares to maneuver through the defense. Silviu Ciprian made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Dabi Echeto sent off a good shot on target. Silviu Ciprian was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Dabi Echeto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dabi Echeto really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. 26 minutes into the match, Gaitan Medinilla notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Visma Sea's Iban Escobar. Iban Escobar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 33 minutes of play, Esla FC's Gaitan Medinilla made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iban Escobar was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 36 minutes, Ferran Idiaquez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Visma Sea and the Esla FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ferran Idiaquez hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Silviu Ciprian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ambrosio Dellasierra in the 39th minute of the match. Iban Escobar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belisario Coello, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. If Gitano Otero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Silviu Ciprian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dabi Echeto in the 46th minute. In the 47th minute, Gitano Otero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gaitan Medinilla stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Visma Sea defense, Gitano Otero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iban Escobar. The Visma Sea fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iban Escobar should have stopped the shot. Gaitan Medinilla's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 56thth minute, Iban Escobar skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gaitan Medinilla in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iban Escobar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Visma Sea's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Gaitan Medinilla scored to the left of an out of position Iban Escobar, making the score, 1-5. Iban Escobar was out of position in the 64 minute of play, and Belisario Coello capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Belisario Coello really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. A sloppy throw-in by Beturian Solano in the 70th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Esla FC's Manuel Pardo. 72 minutes into the match, Esla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ambrosio Dellasierra came free, but Silviu Ciprian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gitano Otero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 77th minute Gitano Otero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iban Escobar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Visma Sea's Iban Escobar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaitan Medinilla in the 84th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Visma Sea's goalkeeper Iban Escobar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gitano Otero. In the 95th minute Hustaz Novo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iban Escobar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Esla FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Visma Sea.
