In the 17th minute Idacio Marin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogelio Candela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brion Herrera hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 32nd match minute, Tarraco Falcons was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ariando Calatayud to maneuver through the defense. Herauso Pardo kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. A hard shot by Naldo Campomanes from long distance, 34 minutes into the match, got Rogelio Candela's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. If Vincent Suarez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Idacio Marin in the 45th minute of play forced Tarraco Falcons's goalkeeper Rogelio Candela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48th minute of the match, Idacio Marin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rogelio Candela saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 51 minutes, Ariando Calatayud mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tarraco Falcons and the Santsencs players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Tarraco Falcons getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Ariando Calatayud hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tarraco Falcons's zone, Naldo Campomanes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rogelio Candela came out of the goal and Naldo Campomanes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 55th minute, Vincent Suarez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ariando Calatayud kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bermudo Rico during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Santsencs getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Bermudo Rico hit a great ball. Rogelio Candela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Idacio Marin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rogelio Candela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vincent Suarez in the 67th minute of play. Idacio Marin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Rogelio Candela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rogelio Candela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Idacio Marin in the 70th minute of the match. When Santsencs's Vincent Suarez in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tarraco Falcons's goalie prevented a goal. After 76 minutes, Brion Herrera mouthed his way into the referee's book. In the 78th minute of the match Naldo Campomanes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rogelio Candela showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rogelio Candela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vincent Suarez in the 80th minute of the match. Zaq Eadan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiano Cruz having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zaq Eadan in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maximiano Cruz saved Santsencs from getting behind. Ariando Calatayud got his second yellow card in the match during the 92nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Ariando Calatayud hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After 96 played minutes Tarraco Falcons got a freekick which was hit by Herauso Pardo. The Tarraco Falcons players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
