Spectators: 7778 (Terracing: 5834, Seating: 1789, VIP seats: 155) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Pericles Irureta made the kick off which started today's match. Roque Ramiréz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Egoitz in the 5th minute of play. Dante Lazcano took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roque Ramiréz. Roque Ramiréz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 16 minutes into the match, Dante Lazcano notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Gilet FC's Roque Ramiréz. Roque Ramiréz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roque Ramiréz came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Armallones's Lisandro Egoitz. But to his dismay, Lisandro Egoitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After 26 played minutes Armallones got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Santos. The audience was convinced that Lisandro Egoitz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roque Ramiréz was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. In the 38th minute Lisandro Egoitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Ramiréz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evald Klaška charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Evald Klaška the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Evald Klaška hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Mudarra in the 43rd minute of play forced Gilet FC's goalkeeper Roque Ramiréz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roque Ramiréz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dante Lazcano, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Roque Ramiréz came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Armallones's Hugo Mudarra. But to his dismay, Hugo Mudarra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After the first half Armallones were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lisandro Egoitz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 61st minute of the match, Dante Lazcano got a very nice opportunity to score, but Roque Ramiréz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Roque Ramiréz was a little too slow when Hugo Mudarra got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 0-6. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emilio Llinares during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 70 minutes into the match, Gilet FC's Aintza Bueno broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Ferran Dias came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Gilet FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferran Dias couldn't finish the play. 75 minutes into the game, Hugo Mudarra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Armallones's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gilet FC the free kick. Hugo Mudarra kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Roque Ramiréz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dante Lazcano went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. A collision led to Armallones getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Hugo Mudarra hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Armallones defense, Ferran Dias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alketas Tzolis. The Armallones fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alketas Tzolis should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisandro Egoitz in the 88th minute of play forced Gilet FC's goalkeeper Roque Ramiréz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Pericles Irureta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee felt a red card was in order, 95 minutes into the game, when Carlos Alcantara put in a rough tackle. In the 94th minute, one of Armallones:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Armallones. In the 97th minute there was a penalty for Gilet FC. Aintza Bueno stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Alketas Tzolis. 2-7. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Armallones walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
