Spectators: 7435 (Terracing: 5810, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) Florin Brănescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Laércio Macedo having to make a save. 3 minutes into the game, Florin Brănescu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Laércio Macedo. Florin Brănescu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Cesaro Doblas struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Laércio Macedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ardales. A collision led to Ardales getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Cesaro Doblas hit a great ball. When Florin Brănescu came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Ardales fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florin Brănescu couldn't finish the play. After 14 minutes, Reynaldo Gonzalvez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Poqueira FC and the Ardales players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 15th minute, Reynaldo Gonzalvez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute Florin Brănescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laércio Macedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, Poqueira FC's Zbigniew Chmelyk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erlantz Ramirez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Zbigniew Chmelyk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erlantz Ramirez having to make a save. The Ardales fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when Ardales's Florin Brănescu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Laércio Macedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florin Brănescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 34 played minutes Poqueira FC got a freekick which was hit by Belmiro Entero. Florin Brănescus short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Laércio Macedo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 44th minute, Enrique Morcego got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ardales's Folker Looze got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Belmiro Entero made a kick off. After 55 played minutes, Ardales's Cesaro Doblas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Laércio Macedo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ardales reached it. In the 57th match minute, Poqueira FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orti Gil to maneuver through the defense. Folker Looze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laércio Macedo having to interfere. In the 65th minute Folker Looze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laércio Macedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Poqueira FC's Zbigniew Chmelyk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erlantz Ramirez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Folker Looze in the 78th minute of play forced Poqueira FC's goalkeeper Laércio Macedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Folker Looze recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gallo Alcantara lost his temper 83 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Erlantz Ramirez had in the 84thth minute some difficulties stopping Orti Gil's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball 84 minutes into the game, Poqueira FC's Orti Gil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erlantz Ramirez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Poqueira FC's Zbigniew Chmelyk got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florin Brănescu in the 92nd minute of play forced Poqueira FC's goalkeeper Laércio Macedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Florin Brănescu sped through Poqueira FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Laércio Macedo. Ardales's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
