In the 12th match minute, Carricola UD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermelando De la Rosa to maneuver through the defense. When Hermelando De la Rosa was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 16 minutes had been played. The supporters of SPORTING DE BELOÑON booed when Carricola UD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cloyo Vagrande didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 28 minutes, Bilbo Cienfuegos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SPORTING DE BELOÑON's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bilbo Cienfuegos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Beltran Figueres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregory Maldonado having to interfere. Beltran Figueres might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gregory Maldonado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Beltran Figueres ran back to his position shaking his head. Beltran Figueres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregory Maldonado having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bilbo Cienfuegos made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in SPORTING DE BELOÑON's zone, Cloyo Vagrande stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Rosas came out of the goal and Cloyo Vagrande tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carricola UD's Cloyo Vagrande got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Ivón Delgado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 65 minutes into the match, Carricola UD's goal looked a bit too open when Bilbo Cienfuegos came free, but Gregory Maldonado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Carricola UD's Gregory Maldonado got control of the ball when Beltran Figueres tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cloyo Vagrande in the 72nd minute of play forced SPORTING DE BELOÑON's goalkeeper Juan Rosas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gregory Maldonado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bilbo Cienfuegos, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Beltran Figueres's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute, Gregory Maldonado skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After having played for 95 minutes, Beltran Figueres managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
