After having played for 17 minutes, Arcadio Rosario managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mohamed Martin took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jordi Griful. Jordi Griful dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 42nd match minute, Horizonte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Lorenzo to maneuver through the defense. Jordi Griful made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Santander in the 46th minute of play.

The wind increased when Bartolomé Jimenez made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Horizonte's Xines Duarte dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. Gaeliusato F.C walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
