Sant Jaume De Frontanya SD's Perico Abrego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ximeno Guerrero in the 9th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Sant Jaume De Frontanya SD's goalkeeper Perico Abrego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fix Portillo. Ximeno Guerrero struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Perico Abrego didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vilarromariz AFC. After 19 minutes, Arxel Feliu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sant Jaume De Frontanya SD and the Vilarromariz AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arxel Feliu kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Sant Jaume De Frontanya SD's Perico Abrego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Sant Jaume De Frontanya SD from getting a goal against them. If Leopoldo Zubiaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 23 minutes, Marquez Bravo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sant Jaume De Frontanya SD and the Vilarromariz AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd match minute, Sant Jaume De Frontanya SD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marquez Bravo to maneuver through the defense. Peio De la Rosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manolo Freire, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Arxel Feliu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucero Bencoiechea kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Fix Portillo struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Perico Abrego didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vilarromariz AFC. After 40 played minutes Sant Jaume De Frontanya SD got a freekick which was hit by Lucero Bencoiechea. An unexpected shot in the 41st minute by Ximeno Guerrero got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Lucero Bencoiechea kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Vilarromariz AFC's Fix Portillo got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 47th play minutes Ximeno Guerrero shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Perico Abrego and just under the crossbar into goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Manolo Freire made the kick off in the second half. When Vilarromariz AFC's Ximeno Guerrero in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When Lucero Bencoiechea fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sant Jaume De Frontanya SD's protests and gave Lucero Bencoiechea a yellow card for diving instead. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Lucero Bencoiechea hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Perico Abrego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fix Portillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Perico Abrego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fix Portillo in the 86th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Vilarromariz AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
