In the 3rd minute, one of FC Barcelona:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Barcelona. Mino Valcarcel came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Sant Jaume De Frontanya SD's Dolfos Flores. But to his dismay, Dolfos Flores quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Agustín Tobias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Perico Abrego made a huge save. Casimiro Galdamez made in the 13th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Barcelona's Tobiasr Romero. A hard shot 15 in the game by Tobiasr Romero from a close distance when the talented Perico Abrego managed to make a qualified save. Sant Jaume De Frontanya SD's players were relieved. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Tobiasr Romero took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Perico Abrego to make any attempt to save it. In the 23rd minute, FC Barcelona's Mosen Gimenez ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Perico Abrego. Perico Abrego yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. After some careless play in the Sant Jaume De Frontanya SD defense, Mosen Gimenez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Perico Abrego. The Sant Jaume De Frontanya SD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Perico Abrego should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Mosen Gimenez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Perico Abrego. That made the score 4-1 in the 33 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mosen Gimenez in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Perico Abrego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 37 minutes into the match, FC Barcelona's goal looked a bit too open when Arxel Feliu came free, but Mino Valcarcel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mino Valcarcel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manolo Freire in the 39th minute of play. After 41 minutes of play, FC Barcelona's Juan Amorebieta made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Perico Abrego was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arxel Feliu charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arxel Feliu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 46 played minutes Sant Jaume De Frontanya SD got a freekick which was hit by Arxel Feliu. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manolo Freire was the one to do the kick off. Tobiasr Romero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mino Valcarcel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Castulo Camara, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. The attack was good, but when Mosen Gimenez in the 62nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 65th minute Agustín Tobias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Perico Abrego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mosen Gimenez in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Perico Abrego saved Sant Jaume De Frontanya SD from getting behind. Perico Abrego didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juan Amorebieta went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-1 was the resulting score. Perico Abrego didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agustín Tobias went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 9-1 was the resulting score. Agustín Tobias scored 10-1 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Perico Abrego, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 80th minute, Filomeno Barba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mino Valcarcel made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Arxel Feliu sent off a good shot on target. Tobiasr Romero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Perico Abrego having to interfere. Juan Amorebieta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Perico Abrego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Perico Abrego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Tobias in the 89th minute of play. Mino Valcarcel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucero Bencoiechea in the 90th minute. When Mosen Gimenez came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the FC Barcelona fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mosen Gimenez couldn't finish the play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Barcelona had played much better football throughout.
