Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ferdinand Coira started the match with the kick off. 6 minutes into the game, Alcañiz CD's Manolo Mas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Derwin March made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, Famorca's Presebal Alabern sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pacorro Olmedo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 15 minutes of play, Famorca's Presebal Alabern made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pacorro Olmedo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pacorro Olmedo came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Famorca's Ferdinand Coira. But to his dismay, Ferdinand Coira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After a rather tough play, Famorca's Gerardo Sánchez got a free kick in the 24th minute. Ismael Rey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Derwin March having to interfere. If Jesús Casado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute, Ismael Rey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferdinand Coira in the 33rd minute of play forced Alcañiz CD's goalkeeper Pacorro Olmedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Jacinto Martin notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Alcañiz CD's Pacorro Olmedo. Pacorro Olmedo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pacorro Olmedo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Presebal Alabern showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-1 in the 37 minute of play. Famorca's Derwin March played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesús Casado in the 40th minute of play. Pacorro Olmedo made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Presebal Alabern sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Famorca defense, Xan Helguera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Derwin March. The Famorca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Derwin March should have stopped the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jesús Casado made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Famorca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pere Valverde to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Rey in the 54th minute of play forced Famorca's goalkeeper Derwin March to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute, Famorca's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jesús Casado fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ismael Rey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Derwin March having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Famorca's zone, Jesús Casado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Derwin March came out of the goal and Jesús Casado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th minute, Famorca's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Manolo Mas fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 60th minute, Jesús Casado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Presebal Alabern kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Alcañiz CD's Pacorro Olmedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Presebal Alabern in the 67th minute of play. Ismael Rey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xalvador Llorente's late challenge caught a Alcañiz CD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xalvador Llorente helped the player get up and apologised. When Alcañiz CD's Jesús Casado in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Famorca's goalie prevented a goal. Ismael Rey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jesús Casado in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Derwin March saved Famorca from getting behind. Pacorro Olmedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Sánchez in the 79th minute of play. Manolo Mass short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Derwin March to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Derwin March made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Rey in the 83rd minute of play. In the 87th match minute, Famorca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferdinand Coira to maneuver through the defense. Alcañiz CD's Xan Helguera got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jacinto Martin hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, Bermudo Dorado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute Ferdinand Coira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pacorro Olmedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
