Romualdo Sánchez hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Ernesto Redondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İzzet Yoran having to interfere. In the 53rd minute, Miltos Xenopanagos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atletico Conquistadores fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miltos Xenopanagos in the 99th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cebo Albizua saved Marcenado FC from getting behind. When the referee ended the match the Atletico Conquistadores players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
