Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nastasio Caballero kicked off to start the match. In the 15th minute Hanni Pacheco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domenico Arribas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nastasio Caballero might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Domenico Arribas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nastasio Caballero ran back to his position shaking his head. After 18 played minutes La Mediana SD got a freekick which was hit by Xano Viqueira. Xano Viqueira hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. La Mediana SD's Domenico Arribas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nastasio Caballero in the 23rd minute of play. When Juan-Luis Alabern fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Elite of Spain's protests and gave Juan-Luis Alabern a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of La Mediana SD booed when Elite of Spain was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan-Luis Alabern didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xano Viqueira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 25th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Belarmino Canturri. Elite of Spain's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Elite of Spain's Zenon Justo got a free kick in the 25th minute. After 26 minutes of play, La Mediana SD's Aitor Rivera made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Belarmino Canturri was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 29th match minute, Elite of Spain was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xerardo Llinares to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atilio Bermejo in the 30th minute of play forced Elite of Spain's goalkeeper Belarmino Canturri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in La Mediana SD's zone, Hanni Pacheco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domenico Arribas came out of the goal and Hanni Pacheco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 56th minute, Atilio Bermejo made a precise shot to the right of Belarmino Canturri. Elite of Spain's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. If Nastasio Caballero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domenico Arribas had great luck who in the 63rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Nastasio Caballero from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After a rather tough play, La Mediana SD's Aintza Albizua got a free kick in the 64th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Elite of Spain's goal looked a bit too open when Aitor Rivera came free, but Belarmino Canturri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
