In the 10th match minute, Torrechiva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martín Paredes to maneuver through the defense. Gai Cuadrado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gorri Cienfuegos, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vistruario Balboa in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cebo Albizua prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vistruario Balboa charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vistruario Balboa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Marcenado FC booed when Torrechiva was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vistruario Balboa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute of the match, Gorri Cienfuegos tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gai Cuadrado saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Fermín Martínez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vistruario Balboa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ernesto Redondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Polo España during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 29th minute, Polo España hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gai Cuadrado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richie Arraz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gorri Cienfuegos to strike the kick off in the second half. Polo España received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Gai Cuadrado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
