Michel Cabrera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Geleberto Zapatero went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Prudencio Sevilla's late challenge caught a Real Cohólicos B's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Prudencio Sevilla helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th match minute, Kewell Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prudencio Sevilla to maneuver through the defense. When Prudencio Sevilla came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Kewell Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Prudencio Sevilla couldn't finish the play. Isidro Barral hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The Real Cohólicos B players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kewell Team were winning 1-2.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Mariano Justo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Cohólicos B's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Justo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michel Cabrera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. García Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isidro Barral in the 58th minute. García Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liberto Marques in the 59th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mariano Justo in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Michel Cabrera saved Kewell Team from getting behind. García Vera made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Isidro Barral sent off a good shot on target. Michel Cabrera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Justo in the 68th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geleberto Zapatero in the 70th minute of play forced Kewell Team's goalkeeper Michel Cabrera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 72 minutes into the game, when Arlo Espinosa put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kewell Team fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 72nd minute. Penalty! Moisés Parra's late challenge caught a Kewell Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baraxil Adán during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 90 played minutes Kewell Team got a freekick which was hit by Baraxil Adán. Real Cohólicos B's Moisés Parra got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
