The Sora FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, Abanades's goal looked a bit too open when Matia Bastida came free, but Andolin Diaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benja Fuster in the 9th minute of play forced Sora FC's goalkeeper Fix Abascal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paavo Lang during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Abanades booed when Sora FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paavo Lang didn't get a good kick on the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Sora FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benja Fuster came free, but Fix Abascal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 14 minutes, Cristián March mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Abanades and the Sora FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 14 played minutes Abanades got a freekick which was hit by Cristián March. Matia Bastida recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rey De Pedro's late challenge caught a Sora FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rey De Pedro helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Abanades's Rey De Pedro got a free kick in the 17th minute. Andolin Diaz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Matia Bastida showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 18 minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Xan Valcarcel made a precise shot to the right of Fix Abascal. Sora FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 28th minute Walter Whyte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andolin Diaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matia Bastida came free with the goalkeeper in the 32nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Andolin Diaz could save by the left post. 35 minutes into the match, Sora FC's Walter Whyte sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Andolin Diaz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matia Bastida got free with Andolin Diaz in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andolin Diaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Walter Whyte, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Walter Whyte was extremely unlucky when he, in the 41st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walter Whyte in the 43rd minute of play forced Abanades's goalkeeper Andolin Diaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sora FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antolin Casillas in the 45th minute. Sora FC's Antolin Casillas was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Andolin Diaz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Fix Abascal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fermín Madariaga in the 46th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Fermín Madariaga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fix Abascal was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fermín Madariaga to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Abanades was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amancio Ortiz to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th match minute, Sora FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paavo Lang to maneuver through the defense. 58 minutes into the match, Benja Fuster notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Sora FC's Fix Abascal. Fix Abascal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benja Fuster got free with Fix Abascal in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sora FC's Fix Abascal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Sora FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Abanades getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Benja Fuster hit a great ball. Matia Bastida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fermín Madariaga charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fermín Madariaga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Andolin Diaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matia Bastida in the 76th minute of the match. Andolin Diaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walter Whyte in the 81st minute of play. After having played for 82 minutes, Benja Fuster managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Abanades's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benja Fuster was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 92nd minute, Benja Fuster hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Walter Whyte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Andolin Diaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Despite being the better team, Sora FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
