Walme Fonticoba made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Dalmacio Dagora put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Walme Fonticoba. The supporters of Barcelona FC booed when Xavis Equals was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zadornin Paris didn't get a good kick on the ball. Robinho Figueiredo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Walme Fonticoba made a huge save. In the 40th match minute, Barcelona FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amat Planes to maneuver through the defense. Walme Fonticoba came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Barcelona FC's Dalmacio Dagora. But to his dismay, Dalmacio Dagora quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dalmacio Dagora was the one to do the kick off. Arbidel Millán's late challenge caught a Barcelona FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dalmacio Dagora in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walme Fonticoba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dalmacio Dagora took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Walme Fonticoba. Walme Fonticoba dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. The Barcelona FC fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Barcelona FC's Robinho Figueiredo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dalmacio Dagora in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walme Fonticoba saved Xavis Equals from getting behind. Barcelona FC's Mikel Zapatero was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Walme Fonticoba in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 80 minutes into the match, Barcelona FC's goal looked a bit too open when César Negro came free, but Maximino Acedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xavis Equals's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Polifemo Quevedo in the 82nd minute. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Dalmacio Dagora put it in 8-1 from a short distance just to the right of Walme Fonticoba. Dalmacio Dagora received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Walme Fonticoba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 9-1 when Dalmacio Dagora sped through Xavis Equals's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Walme Fonticoba. Robinho Figueiredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Barcelona FC fully deserved thier win.
