An unexpectedly hard shot by Baudilio Alvarez in the 29th minute of play forced Barajas Madrid FC's goalkeeper Bernardo Moreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute, Andres Beloki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bernardo Moreira was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Bernardo Moreira was out of position in the 39 minute of play, and Paulino Villanueva capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Paulino Villanueva really showed his touch with that goal: 4-1. Bernardo Moreira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frederick Pena to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute, Andres Beloki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fútbol Club Selva de Mar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. Bernardo Moreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andres Beloki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardo Moreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baudilio Alvarez in the 64th minute of the match. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barajas Madrid FC's goalkeeper Bernardo Moreira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 70th play minute Frederick Pena came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Brun Etxeberria. 7-2. 73 minutes into the match, Barajas Madrid FC's goal looked a bit too open when Andres Beloki came free, but Bernardo Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardo Moreira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Paulino Villanueva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bernardo Moreira came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Fútbol Club Selva de Mar's Andres Beloki. But to his dismay, Andres Beloki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-2.
