After 31 minutes of play, SuiKoDeN's Pascal Buenafuente made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ander Marquez was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Gargantin booed when SuiKoDeN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaac Tarin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sinforiano Raya to make the kick off. Dacio Sierra came out of the goal and Norberto Domenech tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascal Buenafuente in the 55th minute of play forced Gargantin's goalkeeper Ander Marquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in SuiKoDeN's zone, Anibal Beloki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dacio Sierra came out of the goal and Anibal Beloki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Cordario Palencia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gargantin's supporters rose to their feet, but Cordario Palencia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dacio Sierra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 62 minutes into the match, SuiKoDeN's goal looked a bit too open when Sinforiano Raya came free, but Dacio Sierra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the game, SuiKoDeN's Isaac Tarin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ander Marquez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Sinforiano Raya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Dacio Sierra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Gargantin's Sinforiano Raya slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dacio Sierra. That made the score 2-1 after 72 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Sinforiano Raya's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dacio Sierra was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. The supporters of Gargantin booed when SuiKoDeN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Argenis Orozco didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sinforiano Raya got free with Dacio Sierra in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 93 minutes in the game, Cordario Palencia fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Dacio Sierra having to interfere. The supporters of Gargantin booed when SuiKoDeN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inge Olmedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. SuiKoDeN succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Gargantin had controlled the match.
