The Los Galaticos C.F. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Dacio Sierra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaitan Elguero in the 14th minute of play. Dacio Sierra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godofredo Figueroa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dacio Sierra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godofredo Figueroa, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. When Lütfullah Akburç fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Galaticos C.F.'s protests and gave Lütfullah Akburç a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 30 minutes, Isaac Tarin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SuiKoDeN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaac Tarin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 31 played minutes Los Galaticos C.F. got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Figueroa. In the 34th minute Gaitan Elguero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dacio Sierra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Argenis Orozco charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Argenis Orozco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 44th minute of the game. One of SuiKoDeN:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Los Galaticos C.F.:s goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gaitan Elguero to make the kick off. The supporters of Los Galaticos C.F. booed when SuiKoDeN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascal Buenafuente didn't get a good kick on the ball. Argenis Orozco scored 1-3 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomualdo Navas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 56th match minute, Los Galaticos C.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodoro Gartxot to maneuver through the defense. Gaitan Elguero struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Dacio Sierra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Galaticos C.F.. In the 61st minute, Godofredo Figueroa made a precise shot to the right of Dacio Sierra. SuiKoDeN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. In the 64th minute, Gaitan Elguero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dacio Sierra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaitan Elguero in the 67th minute of play. If Gaitan Elguero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, SuiKoDeN's Dacio Sierra got control of the ball when Teodoro Gartxot tried to sneak it across the goal line. Godofredo Figueroa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Macario Canosa in the 85th minute of play forced SuiKoDeN's goalkeeper Dacio Sierra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Godofredo Figueroa came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Los Galaticos C.F. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Godofredo Figueroa couldn't finish the play. After 90 minutes of play SuiKoDeN's Argenis Orozco was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 91st match minute, SuiKoDeN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Argenis Orozco to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in SuiKoDeN's zone, Rafal Nalaskowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dacio Sierra came out of the goal and Rafal Nalaskowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pascal Buenafuente hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Melchor Verdeja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Los Galaticos C.F. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SuiKoDeN throughout the match.
