Spectators: 6000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cesaro Diaz took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 6 played minutes Ares got a freekick which was hit by Cesaro Diaz. Severino Cacheres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Eustaquio Peña managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vengadores de Málaga's supporters rose to their feet, but Eustaquio Peña was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gregorio Vacas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 11 minutes into the match, Eustaquio Peña had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gregorio Vacas. Ares's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eustaquio Peña was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Goren Pedrosa kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Mikel Camara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zahar Elias having to interfere. A collision led to Ares getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Cesaro Diaz hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute, Eustaquio Peña got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Severino Cacheres got a throw-in 25 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Severino Cacheres. The supporters of Ares booed when Vengadores de Málaga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino Cacheres didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gregorio Vacas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severino Cacheres in the 28th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Ares's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Cacheres came free, but Gregorio Vacas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eustaquio Peña took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gregorio Vacas. Gregorio Vacas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Beremundo Ribas during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 40th minute, Beremundo Ribas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ares's Ciriaco Pais got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ares's Cesaro Diaz got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eustaquio Peña to make the kick off. If Severino Cacheres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severino Cacheres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Gregorio Vacas made a huge save. After 53 played minutes Ares got a freekick which was hit by Goren Pedrosa. Beremundo Ribas hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Cesaro Diaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zahar Elias having to interfere. With a little luck, Ares's Gregorio Vacas got control of the ball when Severino Cacheres tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Ares's zone, Eustaquio Peña stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gregorio Vacas came out of the goal and Eustaquio Peña tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eustaquio Peña was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 69th minute. Vengadores de Málaga's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Salvador Huarte kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Ares's Gregorio Vacas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Peña in the 76th minute of play. Eustaquio Peña received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gregorio Vacas came out and tried to block the shot, but Eustaquio Peña slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 81st minute. Salvador Huarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zahar Elias having to interfere. In the 91st minute Salvador Huarte suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Ares made a substitution. Estefan Feria replaced Salvador Huarte. In the 94th minute Cesaro Diaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zahar Elias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Vengadores de Málaga eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
