After a rather tough play, Els Rats Penats's Min Escobar got a free kick in the 5th minute. Lazaro Santiago made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celio Olle in the 6th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leal Viejo in the 7th minute of play forced Els Rats Penats's goalkeeper Lazaro Santiago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nisio Alcalde hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, Celio Olle reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lazaro Santiago. The goal made the score 1-0. Guido Casanova's late challenge caught a Els Rats Penats's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guido Casanova helped the player get up and apologised. Baudilio Reina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Andrea Garate tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 30 minutes into the game, Etxahun Nieto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Els Rats Penats's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Anti Chiniestas the free kick. Etxahun Nieto hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leal Viejo in the 31st minute of play forced Els Rats Penats's goalkeeper Lazaro Santiago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 34 minutes, Baudilio Reina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Els Rats Penats's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baudilio Reina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lazaro Santiago made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celio Olle in the 44th minute.

After a defensive mix-up in Els Rats Penats's zone, Celio Olle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lazaro Santiago came out of the goal and Celio Olle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lazaro Santiago came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Anti Chiniestas's Leal Viejo. But to his dismay, Leal Viejo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leal Viejo in the 56th minute of play forced Els Rats Penats's goalkeeper Lazaro Santiago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 62 played minutes, Els Rats Penats's Edgardo Fabelo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Andrea Garate came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Els Rats Penats reached it. Baudilio Reina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 67th minute Celio Olle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lazaro Santiago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Baudilio Reina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baudilio Reina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrea Garate having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Baudilio Reina reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Andrea Garate. The goal made the score 3-1. 80 minutes into the match, Guido Casanova notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Els Rats Penats's Lazaro Santiago. Lazaro Santiago was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Els Rats Penats's Lazaro Santiago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nisio Alcalde in the 85th minute of play. Lazaro Santiago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celio Olle in the 87th minute of play. Burni España received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Andrea Garate tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Anti Chiniestas's Nisio Alcalde got a free kick in the 95th minute.
