Adriano Erosa made in the 15th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Victor Tobia however managed to control. Lazaro Santiago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Etor De Pedro in the 20th minute of the match. The long shot by Edgardo Fabelo in the 21st minute really tested Baldovino Torres's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Baudilio Reina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baudilio Reina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Els Rats Penats's Edgardo Fabelo got a free kick in the 27th minute. Crescencio Fabelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Lazaro Santiago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Crescencio Fabelo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Baudilio Reina's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 41stth minute, Baldovino Torres skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Lazaro Santiago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Etor De Pedro in the 44th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Etor De Pedro was the one to do the kick off. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Baudilio Reina sped through Ullets-Fantfosti's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Baldovino Torres. After a rather tough play, Els Rats Penats's Baudilio Reina got a free kick in the 58th minute. A throw-in in the 60th minute of the game was made by Adriano Erosa with Victor Tobia as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After a defensive mix-up in Ullets-Fantfosti's zone, Baudilio Reina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baldovino Torres came out of the goal and Baudilio Reina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baldovino Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baudilio Reina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute Els Rats Penats were awarded a corner. Etxahun Nieto went to the cornerflag to take it. Etxahun Nieto made a great header on Els Rats Penats's corner, it was just that Ullets-Fantfosti's Baldovino Torres managed to reach the ball for a save. After having played for 71 minutes, Baudilio Reina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Els Rats Penats's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baudilio Reina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Els Rats Penats getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Edgardo Fabelo hit a great ball. Els Rats Penats's Lazaro Santiago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Etor De Pedro in the 87th minute of play. In the 97th minute Etor De Pedro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lazaro Santiago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Els Rats Penats had won after a very even match.
