Spectators: 7328 (Terracing: 5828, Seating: 1450, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mark Smitt started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Pablo Gaviria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Lagunas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. American Julis FC's Mieszko Osowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Qwinton Huarte in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Qwinton Huarte made a precise shot to the right of Mieszko Osowski. American Julis FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 14th minute, Tonio Lagunas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Narciso Lagunas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Licerio Abascal went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mark Smitt in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Narciso Lagunas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of American Julis FC booed when Aitor15 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julián Pastor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Narciso Lagunas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mark Smitt in the 29th minute of the match. With 36 minutes on the clock, Demetrio Zapata commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Demetrio Zapata hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute, Zunbeltz Camacho sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Aitor15's Narciso Lagunas didn't even have to move. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julián Pastor to make the kick off. Nando Torrente's late challenge caught a American Julis FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nando Torrente helped the player get up and apologised. After 52 played minutes Aitor15 got a freekick which was hit by Nando Torrente. Mark Smitt struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Narciso Lagunas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for American Julis FC. Licerio Abascal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Narciso Lagunas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manu Justo in the 66th minute of play forced American Julis FC's goalkeeper Mieszko Osowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Narciso Lagunas was a little too slow when Pablo Gaviria got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 1-2. Mark Smitt's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 76thth minute, Narciso Lagunas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 77 played minutes American Julis FC got a freekick which was hit by Landolfo Ortiz. After 84 minutes of play, Aitor15's Manu Justo made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mieszko Osowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the American Julis FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
