The audience thought a goal was coming when Troy Baños got free with Freddy Cuervas in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 20 minutes into the match, Guaza's goal looked a bit too open when Cayetano Grau came free, but Beila Sacristán reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute, Josias De la Torre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 24 minutes, Troy Baños made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Canastell's Freddy Cuervas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Troy Baños had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Guaza's Josias De la Torre slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Freddy Cuervas. That made the score 3-1 after 29 minutes of play. Freddy Cuervas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josias De la Torre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guaza were furious when Cordarin Alacuart was red carded, 34 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Guaza's Beila Sacristán played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cayetano Grau in the 39th minute of play. After having played for 43 minutes, Nabar Acarreta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guaza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nabar Acarreta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Cayetano Grau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Canastell's Paco Benítez got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cayetano Grau in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Beila Sacristán prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.
When Orlando Sanz came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Guaza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orlando Sanz couldn't finish the play. When %teams%'s Cayetano Grau was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 3-2 just inside the left pole, 54 minutes into the game. Beila Sacristán was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Freddy Cuervas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Troy Baños in the 58th minute of the match. The supporters of Canastell booed when Guaza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Sanz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute, Josias De la Torre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience cheered loudly when Castel Bergada's long shot in the 64th minute became 4-3 when the ball went to the left of and passed Beila Sacristán. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cayetano Grau in the 68th minute of play forced Guaza's goalkeeper Beila Sacristán to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71stth minute of the game Cayetano Grau who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guaza's Beila Sacristán was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cayetano Grau in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Beila Sacristán saved Guaza from getting behind. When %teams%'s Cayetano Grau was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 4-4 just inside the left pole, 76 minutes into the game. Beila Sacristán was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. In the 80th minute of the match, Julio Ortiz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Beila Sacristán saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 82nd minute, Troy Baños got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Troy Baños recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Guaza's Troy Baños in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Canastell's goalie prevented a goal. In the 92nd minute Troy Baños shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Cuervas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 97th minute of the match Gerard Fuentes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Freddy Cuervas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
