Rufino Tobia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pau Riba in the 39th minute of play. Rufino Tobia was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Octavian Van Der Weghen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elixio Llorente in the 45th minute of the match. After the first half JB CF were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andrin Manrique to make the kick off. The JB CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Octavian Van Der Weghen should have stopped the shot. In the 88th minute, Santana Macías hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 92 minutes into the match, Gregorio Domingo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rufino Tobia. El Ligallo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gregorio Domingo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. Pau Riba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Rufino Tobia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
