Baldemar Escobar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, ESPEIN 2011's Lope Mangas got control of the ball when Bartolo Mendez tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Valde's Vincente Japón got a free kick in the 14th minute. ESPEIN 2011's Baldemar Escobar got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Cabada in the 21st minute of play forced Valde's goalkeeper José Verdu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot by Urtsin Avila from long distance, 27 minutes into the match, got Lope Mangas's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Valde's José Verdu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Ramirez in the 32nd minute of play. José Verdu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldemar Escobar, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Bartolo Mendez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Lope Mangas made a huge save. Lope Mangas made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Eleazar Moya sent off a good shot on target. José Verdu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Cabada in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 46th match minute, Valde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose-Manuel Cao to maneuver through the defense.
In the 53rd minute Bartolo Mendez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lope Mangas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 61 minutes in the game, Abad Nafría fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without José Verdu having to interfere. The supporters of ESPEIN 2011 booed when Valde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vincente Japón didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Valde's zone, Baldemar Escobar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Verdu came out of the goal and Baldemar Escobar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 65th minute of the match, Abad Nafría tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but José Verdu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Baldemar Escobar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. José Verdu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abad Nafría sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Valde's goalkeeper José Verdu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Valde's Florinio Colsa got a free kick in the 74th minute. Marco Cabada recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 90th minute Eleazar Moya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lope Mangas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lope Mangas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolo Mendez, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. ESPEIN 2011's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
