With a little luck, Altea's Oto Baños got control of the ball when Fe Quintanilla tried to sneak it across the goal line. Altea's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adrián Camara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Gabi Serrano struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Benigno Lacorte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Altea. The supporters of Altea booed when Lucis Augusti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fe Quintanilla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dimas Peña hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Dimas Peña kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. The supporters of Lucis Augusti booed when Altea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Etxeberri Hevia didn't get a good kick on the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Josete Bueno notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Altea's Oto Baños. Oto Baños was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gabi Serrano's late challenge caught a Lucis Augusti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gabi Serrano helped the player get up and apologised. Oto Baños showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gizon Cano, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gizon Cano in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oto Baños saved Altea from getting behind. In the 45th match minute, Lucis Augusti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gizon Cano to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Lucis Augusti booed when Altea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Etxeberri Hevia didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Oscar Rivera made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oscar Rivera got free with Benigno Lacorte in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 57 minutes into the match, Altea's goal looked a bit too open when Fe Quintanilla came free, but Oto Baños reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gizon Cano scored 3-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oto Baños, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Altea getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Gabi Serrano hit a great ball. After 64 played minutes, Lucis Augusti's Arturo Huerta shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Oto Baños came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lucis Augusti reached it. Gizon Cano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Oto Baños tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the game, Xavier Arias cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Oto Baños was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Oto Baños took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josete Bueno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Altea's Oto Baños played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josete Bueno in the 82nd minute of play. Oto Baños didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xavier Arias went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. 99 minutes into the game, Lucis Augusti's Xavier Arias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oto Baños made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Lucis Augusti fully deserved thier win.
