But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roberto Fernandez couldn't finish the play. The Enbata FC fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when Enbata FC's Roberto Fernandez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Dagoberto Soler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Enrico Salazar hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Paredes's Felipe Nieto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Paredes from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Roberto Fernandez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Felipe Nieto was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. A collision led to Enbata FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. José Luis Matos hit a great ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sotil Elias was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roberto Fernandez in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felipe Nieto saved Paredes from getting behind. After some careless play in the Paredes defense, Leroy Morera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Felipe Nieto. The Paredes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felipe Nieto should have stopped the shot. After 87 minutes, Roberto Fernandez made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Paredes's Felipe Nieto tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 91 minutes into the match, Roberto Fernandez notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Paredes's Felipe Nieto. Felipe Nieto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Felipe Nieto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Luis Matos, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. There was no doubt that Enbata FC were the better team. Enbata FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
