In the 4th minute, Lucis Augusti's Xavier Arias ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sebastián Encina. Sebastián Encina yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After 10 minutes of play, Lucis Augusti's Fe Quintanilla made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sebastián Encina was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lucis Augusti's Benigno Lacorte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paco Candela in the 14th minute of play. Crispo Fuster hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute Fe Quintanilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastián Encina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Paco Candela put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Benigno Lacorte. 30 minutes into the match, Lucis Augusti's Josete Bueno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sebastián Encina narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Estrella Roja Karabanchel's Domingo Casado got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Lucis Augusti booed when Estrella Roja Karabanchel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mosen Gala didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gartzea Llinares hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Sebastián Encina came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Lucis Augusti's Fe Quintanilla. But to his dismay, Fe Quintanilla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Sebastián Encina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xavier Arias, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd match minute, Estrella Roja Karabanchel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mosen Gala to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th minute, Xavier Arias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lucis Augusti fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. In the 61st minute, Josete Bueno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. In the 67th minute, Gartzea Llinares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Crispo Fuster was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 69 minutes into the match. A collision led to Estrella Roja Karabanchel getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Crispo Fuster hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Estrella Roja Karabanchel defense, Josete Bueno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sebastián Encina. The Estrella Roja Karabanchel fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sebastián Encina should have stopped the shot. Arturo Huerta kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Paco Candela kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benigno Lacorte. That made the score 7-2 in the 81 minute of play. Sebastián Encina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gizon Cano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 91 minutes into the match, Estrella Roja Karabanchel's goal looked a bit too open when Gizon Cano came free, but Sebastián Encina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute Fe Quintanilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastián Encina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benigno Lacorte came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Estrella Roja Karabanchel's Domingo Casado. But to his dismay, Domingo Casado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-3. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Lucis Augusti had played much better football throughout.
