Spectators: 7649 (Terracing: 5740, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sotil Elias started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Altea booed when Paredes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrico Salazar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute, Etxeberri Hevia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Paredes's Dagoberto Soler got a free kick in the 11th minute. Oscar Rivera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Felipe Nieto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute Sotil Elias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oto Baños saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oto Baños showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Camara in the 18th minute of the match. After 24 played minutes Paredes got a freekick which was hit by Domenico Jurado. Rubén Nueva charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Oto Baños made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Anacleto Camara sent off a good shot on target. Paredes's Felipe Nieto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Izaguirre in the 54th minute of play. Candido Maroto charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Candido Maroto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Candido Maroto hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Saul Revuelta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oto Baños made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Sotil Elias sent off a good shot on target. Oto Baños made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enrico Salazar in the 64th minute. Min Zubizarreta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felipe Nieto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Rivera in the 73rd minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Altea's goal looked a bit too open when Dagoberto Soler came free, but Oto Baños reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 76 minutes of play, Paredes's Sotil Elias made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oto Baños was left in no man's land by his defense there! Oto Baños made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrico Salazar in the 79th minute of play. Samuel Izaguirre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felipe Nieto having to interfere. After having played for 86 minutes, Etxeberri Hevia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Altea's supporters crossed their fingers, but Etxeberri Hevia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oto Baños made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sotil Elias in the 89th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Paredes's Sotil Elias dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Paredes's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
