Leon Paris was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Carles Coppola came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Perro Sanxe's Laurgain Companys. But to his dismay, Laurgain Companys quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francisco Javier González during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Francisco Javier González hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Los Perro Sanxe's Pudes Balboa got a free kick in the 26th minute. 29 minutes into the game, Godfredo Teruel threw the ball into play from the sideline. Leon Paris was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pudes Balboa during the 44th minute. The tension between the Pitxu Dream Team and the Los Perro Sanxe players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rolando Quijana made a kick off. Rolando Quijana came free with the goalkeeper in the 51st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Leon Paris could save by the left post. In the 52nd minute of the match, Xose Ruiz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Leon Paris saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 57th minute Xose Ruiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Paris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Los Perro Sanxe's Laurgain Companys fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 67th match minute, Los Perro Sanxe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duardo Serrano to maneuver through the defense. 70 minutes into the game, Rolando Quijana recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leon Paris. Rolando Quijana showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Leon Paris made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rolando Quijana in the 73rd minute. After having played for 82 minutes, Francisco Javier González managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Perro Sanxe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Javier González was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 84th minute, Laurgain Companys ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carles Coppola was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. Leon Paris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xose Ruiz in the 87th minute of play.
