Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Espartaco Litago took the kick off in the first half of the match. San Mames's Toro Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atilano Hernandez in the 4th minute of play. Kasper Schmeichel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicodemo Camacho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kasper Schmeichel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Espartaco Litago showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. With his leg Kasper Schmeichel managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when San Mames's Indartsu De la Rosa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Salomon Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toro Ramos having to interfere. Atilano Hernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Toro Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javier Unzueta in the 27th minute of play forced San Mames's goalkeeper Toro Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Atilano Hernandez put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Toro Ramos. When Atilano Hernandez came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the RUBIELOS DE MORA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atilano Hernandez couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Atilano Hernandez sped through San Mames's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Toro Ramos. The supporters of RUBIELOS DE MORA FC booed when San Mames was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicodemo Camacho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Atilano Hernandez was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in San Mames's zone, Salomon Villa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Toro Ramos came out of the goal and Salomon Villa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Espartaco Litago kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. The supporters of RUBIELOS DE MORA FC booed when San Mames was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Indartsu De la Rosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. RUBIELOS DE MORA FC's Xelo Ferrer was substituted for Salomon Villa. Urtzi Solana hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute Espartaco Litago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kasper Schmeichel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cruz Urbieta was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 68 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Indartsu De la Rosa in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kasper Schmeichel saved RUBIELOS DE MORA FC from getting behind. Atilano Hernandez did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-4 to the left of a surprised Toro Ramos 78 minutes into the match. In the 80th match minute, RUBIELOS DE MORA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fonso Moreira to maneuver through the defense. When Delmiro Clos fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San Mames's protests and gave Delmiro Clos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 81st minute, one of San Mames:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for San Mames. After 87 played minutes San Mames got a freekick which was hit by Laureano Gimenez. With a little luck, San Mames's Toro Ramos got control of the ball when Xelo Ferrer tried to sneak it across the goal line. 98 minutes into the match, San Mames's goal looked a bit too open when Xelo Ferrer came free, but Toro Ramos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. RUBIELOS DE MORA FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
