Spectators: 7983 (Terracing: 5988, Seating: 1836, VIP seats: 159) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fix Martínez started the match with the kick off. The Mazinger FC fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when Mazinger FC's Diego Tucci looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Zdzislaw Golob showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fix Martínez, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ruud Dijken during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ruud Dijken kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Ovidiu Curteanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frodo Moya in the 18th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Nuestro Abarán CF's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Tucci came free, but Ovidiu Curteanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iñaki Arraz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zdzislaw Golob having to interfere. In the 30th minute Diego Tucci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Curteanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st match minute, Nuestro Abarán CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Tobias to maneuver through the defense. Ovidiu Curteanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frodo Moya in the 35th minute of play. Ovidiu Curteanu came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Mazinger FC's Diego Tucci. But to his dismay, Diego Tucci quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Ovidiu Curteanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Tucci, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. A collision led to Mazinger FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Emil Boltașu hit a great ball. Nuestro Abarán CF's Fix Martínez got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The wind increased when Diego Tucci made the kick off in the second half. After 60 played minutes Mazinger FC got a freekick which was hit by Lisa Katt. After 61 played minutes Nuestro Abarán CF got a freekick which was hit by Hans Kvernberg. Zdzislaw Golob made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fix Martínez in the 67th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Tucci in the 69th minute of play forced Nuestro Abarán CF's goalkeeper Ovidiu Curteanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Mazinger FC booed when Nuestro Abarán CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernan Ramirez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Diego Tucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidiu Curteanu having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Diego Tucci in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ovidiu Curteanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Frodo Moya managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mazinger FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Frodo Moya was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ovidiu Curteanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mazinger FC's Dalmacio Raya was substituted for Marcu Poenaru. After 86 minutes, Diego Tucci mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mazinger FC and the Nuestro Abarán CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Nuestro Abarán CF booed when Mazinger FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Tucci didn't get a good kick on the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Nuestro Abarán CF's goalkeeper Ovidiu Curteanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frodo Moya. 94 minutes into the game, Fix Martínez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nuestro Abarán CF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mazinger FC the free kick. A collision led to Nuestro Abarán CF getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Fix Martínez hit a great ball. Mazinger FC played a much better game than Nuestro Abarán CF and deserved their victory. The Nuestro Abarán CF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
