An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Tucci in the 25th minute of play forced Oran's goalkeeper Beltran Saura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Mazinger FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Emil Boltașu hit a great ball. In the 29th minute, Leizarraga Feal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zdzislaw Golob made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurre Ledo in the 33rd minute of play. Frodo Moya kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After 48 minutes, Emil Boltașu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mazinger FC and the Oran players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 48 played minutes Mazinger FC got a freekick which was hit by Emil Boltașu. When Sixto Villa came up free with the goalie in the 49th minute, the Oran fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sixto Villa couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Diego Tucci to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Mazinger FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leizarraga Feal came free, but Zdzislaw Golob reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes into the game, Mazinger FC's Lisa Katt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Beltran Saura made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Beltran Saura was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and Frodo Moya capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Frodo Moya really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. Emil Boltașu hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Mazinger FC defense, Virgilio Camacho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zdzislaw Golob. The Mazinger FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zdzislaw Golob should have stopped the shot. In the 79thth minute of the game Agapito Ramirez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mazinger FC's Zdzislaw Golob was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Oran getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Sixto Villa hit a great ball. When Fortunato De Paula fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oran's protests and gave Fortunato De Paula a yellow card for diving instead. After 83 played minutes Oran got a freekick which was hit by Fortunato De Paula. In the 88th match minute, Mazinger FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Boltașu to maneuver through the defense. After 89 played minutes Oran got a freekick which was hit by Fortunato De Paula. Lisa Katt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Beltran Saura made a huge save. Oran's Beltran Saura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Boltașu in the 92nd minute of play. After 93 played minutes Oran got a freekick which was hit by Fortunato De Paula. Frodo Moyas short, quick shot in the 98thth minute got Beltran Saura to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Mazinger FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
