Lia Saez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lia Saez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iyan Echeto in the 18th minute of play. A collision led to Villalgordo De Jucar getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Marco Castellano hit a great ball. In the 31st minute, Villalgordo De Jucar's Miguel Lama seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Miguel Lama the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Villalgordo De Jucar protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Miguel Lama had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Ivan Pettersson went to the wrong direction when Quintin Manrique was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Los romperredes F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Amaro Taules came free, but Lia Saez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lia Saez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amaro Taules, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute Osmundo Maldonado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Pettersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amaro Taules made a kick off. Ivan Pettersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amat Saboya in the 51st minute of play. 52 minutes into the game, Quintin Manrique was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los romperredes F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villalgordo De Jucar the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amaro Taules in the 56th minute of play forced Los romperredes F.C's goalkeeper Lia Saez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Villalgordo De Jucar's Lia Saez threw himself towards the right post 62 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Amaro Taules, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Lia Saez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amaro Taules, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Los romperredes F.C's Amat Saboya got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Los romperredes F.C booed when Villalgordo De Jucar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iyan Echeto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Villalgordo De Jucar's Ivan Pettersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osmundo Maldonado in the 94th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Los romperredes F.C's Bartolo Torrente got a free kick in the 96th minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
