Dominik Zaworski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Irinel Vărzaru when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dominik Zaworski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. O Viveiron's Aurelio March played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Ilie in the 10th minute of play. After 12 played minutes Coslada Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Germán Sánchez. A collision led to Coslada Juniors getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Marcos Santos hit a great ball. Irinel Vărzaru made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dominik Zaworski in the 16th minute. Dominik Zaworski's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Irinel Vărzaru firmly grabbed it by the left post. Apolo Maestro hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlan Zárate in the 20th minute of play forced Coslada Juniors's goalkeeper Irinel Vărzaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Dominik Zaworski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adrian Ilie took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aurelio March. Aurelio March dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Orlan Zárate in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Irinel Vărzaru saved Coslada Juniors from getting behind. Dominik Zaworski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Irinel Vărzaru read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. After 37 played minutes Coslada Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Santos. The long shot by Orlan Zárate in the 38th minute really tested Irinel Vărzaru's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Juan Carlos Agnese kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Irinel Vărzaru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dominik Zaworski's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Aurelio March made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelino Miro in the 44th minute of play. Aurelio March showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Ilie, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The O Viveiron players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Coslada Juniors were winning 0-1.

After 61 played minutes, O Viveiron's Gregorio Companys shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Irinel Vărzaru came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in O Viveiron reached it. Irinel Vărzaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Perpiñán, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Leandro Perpiñán sped through Coslada Juniors's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Irinel Vărzaru. David Rainerio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Irinel Vărzaru read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. In the 78th minute David Rainerio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Irinel Vărzaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Coslada Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Nikos Petratos came free, but Irinel Vărzaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Irinel Vărzaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Rainerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelino Miros short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Aurelio March to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 90th minute Porfirio Domingo collided with an opponent which caused him a fractured collar bone. Feijo Moreira hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. 93 minutes into the match, Coslada Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when David Rainerio came free, but Irinel Vărzaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the O Viveiron players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
