In the 5th minute Jakes Vila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cordeal Torrent saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Jakes Vila cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Cordeal Torrent was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cordeal Torrent didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jakes Vila went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. 19 minutes into the game, Jakes Vila cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Cordeal Torrent was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 23rd minute, Jakes Vila left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. After 27 minutes of play, ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Jakes Vila made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cordeal Torrent was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kaiet Climent received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Remigio Valerón tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cordeal Torrent didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jakes Vila went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. Cordeal Torrent came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Jakes Vila. But to his dismay, Jakes Vila quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. After some careless play in the Puebla de Burón defense, Jakes Vila kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cordeal Torrent. The Puebla de Burón fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cordeal Torrent should have stopped the shot. After the first half ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO were leading 0-11. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Laerte Favoretto to make the kick off. When Jakes Vila in the 54th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Cordeal Torrent kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-12 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. 57 minutes into the game, Jakes Vila cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-13. Cordeal Torrent was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cordeal Torrent made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakes Vila in the 62nd minute of play. When ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Jakes Vila in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Puebla de Burón's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jakes Vila was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-14. In the 70th minute of the game Lordi Ferrer made a throw-in which Roger Castaño played forward. When ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Guido Escobar in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Puebla de Burón's goalie prevented a goal. After 72nd play minutes Guido Escobar shot 0-15, a short shot which went by Cordeal Torrent and just under the crossbar into goal. 76 minutes into the game, Guido Escobar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-16. Cordeal Torrent was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 79 minutes, Laerte Favoretto made it 0-17 with a short kick to the right side. Puebla de Burón's Cordeal Torrent tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Laerte Favoretto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-18 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Julio Alacuart was substituted for Laerte Favoretto. Cordeal Torrent didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guido Escobar went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-19 was the resulting score. In the 94th minute, Guido Escobar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rami Iglesias during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rami Iglesias kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Guido Escobar might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cordeal Torrent. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guido Escobar ran back to his position shaking his head. Cordeal Torrent showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Escobar, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. The Puebla de Burón fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
