When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Silvestre Cacheres made a kick off. Bela Sobera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvestre Cacheres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute, Gaizka Incera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Firmo Canosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guaberto Cartagena in the 70th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Donatello Cacheres had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bela Sobera. Futbol club Gansos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Donatello Cacheres was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.
