An unexpectedly hard shot by Rami Iglesias in the 2nd minute of play forced Union Deportiva Atios's goalkeeper Román Contreras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Union Deportiva Atios defense, Kaiet Climent kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Román Contreras. The Union Deportiva Atios fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Román Contreras should have stopped the shot. When Eli Hidalgo fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Union Deportiva Atios's protests and gave Eli Hidalgo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 14th match minute, Puebla de Burón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sagrario Gonzalez to maneuver through the defense. Sagrario Gonzalez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Román Contreras having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Union Deportiva Atios's goal looked a bit too open when Sagrario Gonzalez came free, but Román Contreras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Kaiet Climent had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Román Contreras. Union Deportiva Atios's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kaiet Climent was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Belo Pedraza was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 25 minutes into the match. After 24 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Union Deportiva Atios! When Timo Galego fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Puebla de Burón's protests and gave Timo Galego a yellow card for diving instead. Valentino Serrano's late challenge caught a Puebla de Burón's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valentino Serrano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd minute, Valentino Serrano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kaiet Climent kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Román Contreras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaiet Climent, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute, Gartzea Cabezas fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 44 played minutes Puebla de Burón got a freekick which was hit by Rami Iglesias. When Gartzea Cabezas came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Union Deportiva Atios fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gartzea Cabezas couldn't finish the play. Román Contreras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaiet Climent in the 48th minute of play.

The wind increased when Sagrario Gonzalez made the kick off in the second half. Gartzea Cabezas might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cordeal Torrent. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gartzea Cabezas ran back to his position shaking his head. Cordeal Torrent showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Escobar in the 56th minute of the match. Union Deportiva Atios's Gartzea Cabezas got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kaiet Climent sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Román Contreras made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Florentino Cabrera sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Puebla de Burón's zone, Norberto Escobar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cordeal Torrent came out of the goal and Norberto Escobar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Union Deportiva Atios's Gartzea Cabezas got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kaiet Climent could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Román Contreras made a huge save. A nice corner shot did that Víctor Prieto got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cordeal Torrent quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Cordeal Torrent made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gartzea Cabezas in the 81st minute of play. Union Deportiva Atios's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Víctor Prieto in the 83rd minute. The corner ended in Víctor Prieto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Puebla de Burón's Cordeal Torrent did a great save. Román Contreras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rami Iglesias in the 85th minute of the match. A collision led to Puebla de Burón getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Timo Galego hit a great ball. If Gartzea Cabezas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 95 minutes into the match, Puebla de Burón's goal looked a bit too open when Gartzea Cabezas came free, but Cordeal Torrent reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Puebla de Burón had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
