Madeiro's Fortun Naranjo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Elias Ranolfo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Ibon Solano fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Madeiro's protests and gave Ibon Solano a yellow card for diving instead. After 11 played minutes Madeiro got a freekick which was hit by Ibon Solano. Elias Ranolfo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Víctor Rapado in the 13th minute of the match. After having played for 20 minutes, Gerardo Uria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Madeiro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gerardo Uria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gerardo Uria in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elias Ranolfo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 28th minute Víctor Rapado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Ranolfo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Víctor Rapado in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elias Ranolfo saved BETIS SAN ISIDRO from getting behind. In the 32nd minute of the match, Vladimiro Puig got a very nice opportunity to score, but Szymon Sochacki was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 1-0 became the score in the 34th minute when Rey Messi elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Madeiro's Szymon Sochacki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiro Puig in the 40th minute of play. BETIS SAN ISIDRO's Radomir Cichewski got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gerardo Uria to strike the kick off in the second half. Peli Caminero kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Radomir Cichewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Szymon Sochacki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
