The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Soller! A wasted opportunity for Rättvikspåjkarna. 15 minutes into the match, Soller's goalkeeper Francesco Gabas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aniol Tobia. Meder Benítez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kalle Pihl went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Francesco Gabas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aniol Tobia in the 22nd minute of play. Flor Camara charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Flor Camara the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Flor Camara hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Soller defense, Aniol Tobia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Francesco Gabas. The Soller fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Francesco Gabas should have stopped the shot. After 30 played minutes Soller got a freekick which was hit by Pepe Figueroa. Elpidio Sansone charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elpidio Sansone the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Elpidio Sansone hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 40thth minute of the game Alfonso Elguero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soller's Francesco Gabas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 45th minute, Theagenis Kabantais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfonso Elguero to make the kick off. In the 57th minute Alfonso Elguero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francesco Gabas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rättvikspåjkarna's Meder Benítez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boleslaw Szarmach in the 58th minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Soller's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Elguero came free, but Francesco Gabas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfonso Elguero hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Kalle Pihl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Meder Benítez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Soller's Boleslaw Szarmach ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Meder Benítez. Meder Benítez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Soller walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
