El Palmar's Rami Zaplana managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Barry Dimmock in the 15 minute of the game. Espiridion Garcia took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Indalecio Blazquez. Indalecio Blazquez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Espiridion Garcia in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Indalecio Blazquez saved El Palmar from getting behind. El Palmar's Indalecio Blazquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dikdik Ardiwilaga in the 25th minute of play. Indalecio Blazquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dikdik Ardiwilaga in the 32nd minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Remigio Murcia in the 33rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Matasuegras FC's Xuan Rojas. Indalecio Blazquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Espiridion Garcia in the 34th minute of the match. Indalecio Blazquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dikdik Ardiwilaga, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. The audience was convinced that Espiridion Garcia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Indalecio Blazquez was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Machado Litago hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. A collision led to Matasuegras FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Oscar Minguez hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 56 played minutes El Palmar got a freekick which was hit by Mon Viqueira. Indalecio Blazquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Espiridion Garcia in the 64th minute of play. Matasuegras FC's Xuan Rojas managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Remigio Murcia in the 69 minute of the game. 75 minutes into the match, Fran Azofra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mats Wallengren. Matasuegras FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fran Azofra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Espiridion Garcia got free with Indalecio Blazquez in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 78 played minutes Espiridion Garcia rounded El Palmar's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. Mats Wallengren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliverios Griego in the 81st minute of play. In the 83rd minute Dikdik Ardiwilaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Indalecio Blazquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The El Palmar fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Matasuegras FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
