That made the score 2-0 after 18 minutes of play. 20 minutes into the match, UD Gaditana's goal looked a bit too open when Benvide Valerón came free, but Nando Quintero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Carmine Tullio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nando Quintero. That made the score 3-0 in the 26 minute of play. In the 29th minute, Humberto Navarro made a precise shot to the right of Nando Quintero. UD Gaditana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nabucodonosor Ferrer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Carmine Tullio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nando Quintero was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. In the 59th minute, Antxo Morientes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 64 played minutes, tribal la rapita's Benvide Valerón shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nando Quintero came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in tribal la rapita reached it. If Benvide Valerón had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Humberto Navarro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Nando Quintero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
