In the 36th minute Alberto Rosales shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bastia Vilanova saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Claus Elias notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Xtrema C.F.'s Bastia Vilanova. Bastia Vilanova was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Xtrema C.F.'s Bastia Vilanova got control of the ball when Urbano Barrios tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cipriano Saboya might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bastia Vilanova. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cipriano Saboya ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Santa Baia CF booed when Xtrema C.F. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olivar Planes didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Urbano Barrios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Urbano Barrios ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bastia Vilanova was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. When the match was over Santa Baia CF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Xtrema C.F. throughout the match.
