Gitarriu's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Lundström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Irureta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 25th match minute, Cantera O Más F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerold Herrero to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Cantera O Más F.C. getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Edur Solano hit a great ball. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gitarriu's goalkeeper Damian Tipinski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 34th minute, Suwita Supriadi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Irureta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frankie Yankovich, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Joel Lundström took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Irureta. Julio Irureta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Joel Lundström scored 0-3 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Irureta, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nicodemo Bermudez made a kick off. With a little luck, Cantera O Más F.C.'s Julio Irureta got control of the ball when Frankie Yankovich tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Frankie Yankovich could shoot a difficult shot in the 55th minute, which Julio Irureta however easily saved by the left post. Julio Irureta didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 64th minute, which inside left pole to 0-5. 66 minutes into the match, Cantera O Más F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Joel Lundström came free, but Julio Irureta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cantera O Más F.C.'s Julio Irureta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Lundström in the 71st minute of play. Nicodemo Bermudez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damian Tipinski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Gitarriu made a substitution. Antonio Bueno replaced Frankie Yankovich. Julio Irureta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Lundström in the 83rd minute of play. If Antonio Bueno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baptiste Ritieni blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Irureta having to make a save. A throw-in in the 92nd minute of the game was made by Leroy Llorente with Felix Alacuart as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Cantera O Más F.C.'s Julio Irureta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Lundström in the 94th minute of play. A hard shot 95 in the game by Antonio Bueno from a close distance when the talented Julio Irureta managed to make a qualified save. Cantera O Más F.C.'s players were relieved. Baptiste Ritieni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Julio Irureta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
